7 Easy Changes That Will Give You More Energy

  1. Drink more water
    Did you know that one of the first signs of dehydration is fatigue? It’s also true that most people are chronically dehydrated.

    I’ve been trying to drink more water this year and the difference it’s made to my energy has been a major change. The quickest way to an easy pick-me-up is so drink a glass of water. Aiming to drink around 2 liters of water per day is the best way to avoid getting tired and dehydrated.

  3. Get more sleep
    When it comes to sleep everyone is different, but try to aim for between 6-8 hours most nights to ensure you are getting plenty of rest to set you up for the day ahead.   4. But don’t sleep too much
    Sleeping too much can also be bad for you, however, so if you’re sleeping for more than the recommended 8 hours a night and feeling lethargic during the day, try setting your alarm a little earlier and see if that helps your energy levels.
