For the winter months, a hot chocolate is a necessity, we LOVE these mugs

- Edward Scissorhands 90% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes
The familiar ‘bedtime story’ opening is about the only thing this unconventional romance has in common with other holiday movies. Inverting traditional Christmas movie messages that we take for granted, like generosity, tolerance and coming together, this movie’s a tearjerker for sure – and it feels more relevant today than ever.
- Lethal Weapon 80% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes
Probably the most bafflingly set-at-Christmas, non-traditional movie on the list, you won’t be toasting any marshmallows to this one. Murtaugh and Riggs are mismatched L.A. cops working hard to bring down a drug and prostitution ring led by a shadowy ex-millitary group. Yep, you read that right.
- Krampus 67% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes
Gingerbread will never feel the same again. It’s no mean feat to make sleighbells scary but Krampus, (based on the character from European folklore), will have you double-locking your door – not to mention nailing your chimney shut – come Christmas eve. This movie takes the modern stressed-out reality of the season and turns it into a non-traditional Christmas horror that brings the whole family together – whether they like it or not.
