  7. Sun protection
Protection from the sun is super important while walking around the parks, which means high-factor sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and something to cover up with if you need it. Our favorite sun protection to take out for a day at Disney by far is a continuous spray like this one as it’s really easy to top up frequently during the day.

It’s also less messy to apply and way lighter to carry than a bottle of traditional thick suncream. Plus, a sport variety is less likely to rub off in the humidity or when moving around a lot. The only drawback is that you do have to be careful to see that it’s applied everywhere because it’s an invisible spray and sometimes hard to see what areas you’ve covered. Make sure you also take a sunscreen lip balm like this one so your lips don’t dry out from air conditioning.
